A Canadian western spoof! Watch the trailer.

Gunless is a Canadian western spoof starring Paul Gross, Sienna Guillory (Jill Valentine in Resident Evil: Apocalypse) & Tyler Mane (Sabretooth in X-Men). The teaser trailer looks stale & the voiceover humor reminded me of the Brendan Fraser disaster, ‘Dudley Do-Right’. Maybe the final product would have a few laughs but I’m expecting a rehash of the same old jokes since the era of ‘Blazing Saddles’.

The movie releases on the 30th of April in Canada.

*Update* A new longer trailer for the movie is out which gives more of the story & moves it away from the ‘Dudley Do-Right’ territory. Basically setting up a gunfighter in Canada where people don’t understand the mechanics of the gun slinging Wild West.
