‘The Losers’ is a live-action adaptation of the graphic novel of the same name written by Andy Diggle. It tells the story of a team of highly trained C.I.A. black ops operatives who are double crossed & left for dead but manage to come back wreak havoc upon those who wronged  them.

It sure looks like it’s the year for ‘renegade ex-military operative group’ movies, with this, ‘The A-Team’ & ‘The Expendables’. This one looks loaded with stylish slow-mo action shots, tons of explosions & loads of cheesy lines with a major dose of tongue in cheek humor, probably the perfect recipe for a dumb but enjoyable action flick.

The movie stars Jeffery Dean Morgan, Idris Elba, Chris Evans, Jason Patric, Columbus Short & the amazingly lovely Zoe Saldana. It releases in the U.S. on the 4th of June 2010.
